Unless otherwise agreed, fees follow the German Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG) and therefore depend on the amount in dispute. Out-of-court representation attracts the business fee under no. 2300 VV RVG.
The RVG also permits fee agreements, in particular on an hourly basis. Out of court we usually work at €250 to €320 per hour plus VAT, depending on the area of law and complexity, and keep time records on request. After reviewing the documents we often offer out-of-court representation at a fixed price.

Legal expenses insurance
We are happy to check whether your legal expenses insurance covers the costs. The cover request itself is not insured; you can make it yourself or instruct us for a fixed fee. If the insurer wrongly refuses and we obtain cover, the insurer must bear those costs.
